    Who are we?

    The Austin Sizemore Team is a top performing real estate team with Keller Williams Greater Downtown Realty in Chattanooga, and is currently ranked in the Top 2% of Chattanooga real estate professionals. We are experienced and knowledgeable real estate agents, tactful negotiators, and conscientious advisors. We represent both buyers and sellers independently. We will double our sales volume over the next year and are looking for passionate individuals to join us for a fun ride with numerous opportunities for advancement.

    CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES

     

    Position: Real Estate Sales Agent 

    What are we looking for?

    The Austin Sizemore Team is looking for a professional individual with strong interpersonal skills, a sense of urgency, and a winning attitude. An agent on our team is someone who draws energy from working with people and in a group environment, is optimistic, and has a positive attitude. In addition, he/she must demonstrate on a daily basis the knowledge, attitude, skills, and habits of a high-achieving person who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and seeking win-win agreements. The agent will prospect for leads daily, close those leads to appointments, close appointments to agreements, and then provide high-level fiduciary advice to effectively guide clients to closing.

    Responsibilities: 

    • Prospect for buyer/seller leads, convert to appointments, close to agreements, and conduct high-level fiduciary/needs analyses
    • Consult with clients to ensure fiduciary services of the real estate transaction from initial contact through contract to close
    • Effectively negotiate, or oversee negotiations, for all active clients
    • Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership issues.
    • Oversee all aspects of transactions from initial contract to contract to close
    • Assist in training and consulting all new agents

    $50,000 – $200,000+ | Commission Based

    Position: Inside Sales Agent 

    What are we looking for?

    An inside sales agent on the Austin Sizemore Team is a professional individual with strong interpersonal skills, a sense of urgency, and a winning attitude. This enthusiastic, self-starting person with a passion for selling is responsible for converting a massive amount of leads into appointments though personalized follow-up. This individual will take ownership of leads and actively systematize the conversion process for maximum effectiveness. They record their productivity and sales metrics and track the results in regular accountability meetings. This person has the organizational and time management skills to handle the constant flow of leads coming in and the subsequent documentation, assignment, and follow-up of those leads. This position requires an active real estate license in the State of Tennessee and State of Georgia

    Responsibilities: 

    • Cultivate relationships to convert inbound leads and outbound cold calls to appointments
    • Manage the sales database through the sales cycle
    • Consult with real estate agents to ensure fiduciary service of real estate transaction from initial contact through the listing agreement
    • Practice and follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections
    • Qualify leads to accurately convey motivation, competition, and financial specifics to real estate follow-up
    • Accurately tack and report productivity and sales metrics
    • Understand and internalize evolving real estate trends in local market
    • Understand and adhere to local, state, and federal laws regarding real estate brokerage services

    $30,000 – $80,000+ | Base + Bonus
